Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Jamverse — the web app at jamvers.com/jam and the Jamverse desktop apps — operated by Noy Avitan, operating under the name Jamverse ("Jamverse", "we"). By signing in or using Jamverse you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Jamverse.

The beta

Jamverse is currently in a closed, invite-only beta. That means:

Your account

You sign in with the email address your invite was sent to (or with Google sign-in on the same address). Keep your sign-in codes to yourself and let us know at jammers@jamvers.com if you believe someone else is using your access. You must be at least 13 years old to use Jamverse.

Acceptable use

Your content

What you play and record is yours. Recordings and sessions you create are stored on your device (or in a folder you choose) and we claim no ownership over your music. Where a feature you explicitly use shares or uploads content, that feature will say so.

Our content and software

Jamverse — including the apps, engine, band content, samples, worlds, artwork, and branding — is owned by Jamverse and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as part of the service during the beta. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Feedback

Beta feedback (bug reports, ideas, suggestions) is welcome, and you agree we can use it to improve Jamverse without restriction or compensation. Credit for the founding community is something we care about — but it's a thank-you, not an obligation.

Emails

We send transactional emails that are part of the service (sign-in codes, and answers to reports you send us). Product-update emails are sent only if you opt in, and every one carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Disclaimers

Jamverse is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Beta software by its nature contains bugs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamverse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the beta. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the preceding 12 months — which, during the free beta, is zero.

Termination

You can stop using Jamverse at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end beta access that violates these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continuing to use Jamverse after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
